From the engagement to the bridal shower, and from the rehearsal dinner to the ever so spectacular wedding day, Drexelbrook Catering Services was delighted to be part of the culinary journey woven throughout Samantha and James’s wedding celebrations.

Samantha and James met at Drexel University over eight years ago. They got engaged on the beach at Sea Isle in August 2021.Drexelbrook Catering Services was there every step of the way when they celebrated with a bridal shower at Liseter in Newtown Square and held a dreamy rehearsal dinner at Karamoor Estate Vineyard, featuring mouth-watering Italian dishes.


In September, the couple had their enchanting wedding day celebration at The Highlands Mansion in Montgomery County.

It was truly a remarkable and unforgettable day thanks to the tireless work of many of our great industry colleagues.

No matter where you choose to celebrate, Drexelbrook Catering Services is ready to bring our culinary expertise to every celebration, and Samantha and James’ lovely wedding day was no exception!

In collaboration with a team of caterers, the theme of the evening’s menu was “A Culinary Journey”. The Drexelbrook Team prepared delicious bites for the cocktail hour including the very popular Sicilian Style Polpetta cone sprinkled with parmesan.

For dinner, Drexelbrook Chef Derrick Willis prepared dishes “from the farm” including Tomahawk steak and lambchops.

From sweet beginnings to even sweeter endings, our team presented delightful desserts personalized for the bride and groom including Ice Cream “Sammies” with “Jimmies”.
