These Professionals are not “paid advertisers”, but companies who provide excellent products and services. We strongly recommend that you contact these Professionals to enhance your experience. If you choose not to use these Professionals, please contact your Event Specialist so that we may approve your selections.

For Professionals not listed, for on-premise events, they must:

• Provide proof of insurance that is valid on your event date
• Sign a copy of our terms and conditions at least one month prior to your event

The insurance certificate must list “Drexelbrook Associates” as the additional insured and show proof of general liability and workers’ compensation insurance. Your Event Specialist must pre-approve any unlisted Professionals prior to a contractual agreement.
